Here’s what Kabita Singh has to say about its content,
Main objective to start Youtube chain was to follow my passion. When I started, I thought about what kind of recipe I should create. When I was in the UK, I had looked at many recipes, in doing so I had identified a niche in the food category on Youtube in which I can post videos. The idea was to make recipe videos that show every minor detail of the kitchen and at the same time can be cooked with the ingredients that are readily available at home / at the grocery store next door. The chain’s motto is that the recipes should be so simple that viewers should believe that “anyone can cook”.
In view of this, the quality and setup of the production is intentionally kept at a level accessible to viewers. When I started this channel, my main goal was to create recipes for audiences who don’t know much about cooking (youth hostels, young professionals, honeymooners, people who stay away from their country of origin. ). As I progressed, the content evolved taking into account trends and viewer demand, now the channel has recipes for everyone (people of all ages and all levels of culinary expertise). Also, to keep up with the times, I improved the quality of my production. I mainly focus on Indian cuisine, I also do some Indian recipes which are the adoption of international cuisines. I also create videos on Youtube short films primarily to showcase cooking and cooking tips and sometimes a shorter version of visually appealing recipes.
We love how Kabita decided to follow his passion and become one of the leading recipe channels in India. We can’t wait for it to reach new heights and achieve many more milestones along the way. By the way, we hope everyone takes all precautions when going out.
